I manage a lot of projects including clients, websites, businesses, and a non-profit organization. So my husband recommended I try out an online project management tool called Trello.
We have used other online programs like basecamp, teamworkpm, and just Google Docs.
But Trello is absolutely the best! It is so simple and very intuitive.
I use Trello to organize ALL my projects and sub tasks for each list.
There is a little learning curve such as learning what cards are basically a list of tasks and boards which are projects.
Inside each card are your checklist tasks, members, due dates, comments, files such as PDFs, etc.
The mobile app is really nice too, check it out!
